Ever since our conception in 1916 Dewig Meats has been providing quality meats and services. These attributes have led us to be successfull in both the market place and in being recognized through awards. These awards range from prizes on both the state and national level. One of our more recent honors was being the cover story of Meat Business Magazine. The article entitled "Dewig Meats: Strong on Tradition but open to change" emphasized our success and congratulated us for the service that we provide to our customers. Such an article is as much of an award to us as any ribbon or plaque.

Speaking of ribbons and plaques, we literally have hundreds of them. One of the largest sources of awards we recieve is from annual product competitions. Our products finish at the top on a regular basis, and our fine meat products do well in all taste competitions. We are proud of all or our accomplishments and hope that they will convince you of the true quality of our products.

More awards from the American Cured Meat Championships. This competion is held by The American Associaton of Meat Processors, which means our products are good enough to compete with the best in the nation.

This year the 2009 American Meat Packers and Processors Association Convention was held in Omaha, Nebraska. Dewig's won three awards!

The 2008 American Association of Meat Processors convention turned up as a winner for Dewig Meats!

Dewig Meats also received the 2008 Supporter of Affiliate Activities/Friend of the Industry Award from the Indiana Beef Cattle Association.

Dewig Meats has worked with the Beef Cattle Association of Indiana to promote Indiana raised beef. Dewig Meats offers high quality Indiana Farm Raised Angus Beef for customers to purchase. Customers can purchase either Indiana steaks and roasts or even half or quarter of an Indiana beef cut and wrapped for the freezer. NO IMPORTS HERE! ABATE of Indiana has also awarded Dewig Meats with the Freedom of the Road Award for dedication and service to Indiana Motorcyclists.

ABATE (American Bikers Aimed Toward Education) of Indiana is a not-for-profit, safety, educational, charitable and advocacy motorcyclist organization. It's aims are to promote safety, protect rights and help others.
